Michael Cornelius joined BioTissue as Chief Financial Officer in 2014 with more than 25 years of experience in public accounting and public and private corporations.  Mr. Cornelius was previously with Stiefel Laboratories, serving as its Chief Financial Officer.  Stiefel Laboratories was the largest privately-held dermatology company in the world before it was acquired by GlaxoSmithKline in 2009. Mike began his career with the international accounting and consulting firm, Grant Thornton, where he specialized in US and International tax planning and also held senior-level finance positions with IVAX Corporation and Sunglass Hut International. Mike holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the Indiana University of Pennsylvania and is a Certified Public Accountant.
