This event is designed to prepare you to be as effective as you can be when representing the current and future BioTissue Ocular portfolio to your peers. This unique event provides this opportunity through the cultivation of new relationships, reviewing and practicing with our new core speaker deck, receiving updates from BioTissue leadership on our goals and strategy for 2024, and acquiring best practices from your peers on presenting our core content.
Speaker Bureau Training Event
We are excited for you to be part of our Speaker Bureau Training Event. The two-day event will be from March 22nd – 23rd at The JW Marriott Dallas Arts District Hotel in Dallas, TX.
Overview of the Agenda:
Friday, March 22nd
The event kicks off with a Reception at 6:00 pm at Vincents Skybar located on 11th Floor of The JW Marriott Dallas Arts District Hotel
Saturday, March 23rd
The General Sessions will include:
- A keynote address by BioTissue Founder & Chief Scientific Officer, Scheffer Tseng, MD
- Professional Coaching to help increase your educational impact utilizing our NEW 2024 BioTissue Speaker Slide Library
- Engagement with BioTissue Executives to provide alignment, training, and insights into BioTissue’s strategic direction & priorities.
Dress Attire: Business Casual
The event will end at 3:30 pm CT to give attendees enough time to schedule their flights in the early evening.
This Exclusive Event will be attended by BioTissue Speakers & Consultants, including faculty comprised of thought leaders within the BioTissue consulting community, as well as members of BioTissue’s Corporate and Executive Team.
Reimbursement and Expenses Information
You will undoubtedly incur miscellaneous expenses while attending our event. Below and attached please find instructions and documents to help you obtain post-event reimbursement for those reasonable expenses.
BioTissue HCP Expense Sheet: After returning home, please follow the instructions in the sheet regarding documenting expenses such as parking, miscellaneous meals, Uber/Taxi charges, etc.

Form W9: After your expense sheet is complete, please complete the attached W9 or use one already completed and in your possession.
Online Form Submission: When the above forms are completed and saved to your computer, and your receipts are prepared, please complete the online form for review and reimbursement.
