Frequently Asked Questions

Do employees need to be in the office all five days of Spirit Week?

It is highly encouraged to be present in person for Spirit Week. However, there might circumstances that might prevent you to do so. Please speak with your direct manager to figure out the best way for you to be able to participate in the activities.

Is my participation in Spirit Week activities mandatory?

It is highly encouraged to participate in all of the Spirit Week activities. The activities will be facilitated by your department head and/or Team Lead. There are also surprise prizes in store for the teams with high participation points. Details will be revealed during Spirit Week.

Will meals be served during Spirit Week?

Breakfast will be served on Monday, September 12th.

We will also have a company lunch on Tuesday, September 13th at the Landing and Kendall office.

Regarding the Family Picnic, what time will the food trucks be open?

The food trucks will only be open during 12-3pm so be sure to come on time for lunch.

Are we allowed to bring alcohol in the Family Picnic?

Alcohol will be served during the picnic so please refrain from bringing your own adult beverages. As always, make sure that you drink responsibly.

Can I bring my pet to the Family Picnic?

Pets are not allowed in the picnic area. It would be best to just leave them at home and enjoy the different activities in the picnic.

Will the picnic be cancelled if the weather is not cooperating?

The picnic will go on rain or shine! There is a covered area we can use if it starts raining.

We would also ask everyone to bring an umbrella, just in case.
