Laurie Minott

Chief People Officer

Laurie Minott joined BioTissue as Chief People Officer in 2022 with more than 25 years of experience in human resources.  Laurie was previously a partner with Great Place to Work®, a global management consultancy who produces the FORTUNE 100 Best Companies to Work For® list and specializes in assessing, building, and sustaining high-trust workplaces.

Laurie served as a senior strategic advisor to the CEO, CHRO and Executive Teams of global clients in areas including HR strategy, executive and team coaching, design and implementation of large-scale change, organizational and leadership development for clients including Brooks Brothers, Four Seasons Hotel & Resorts, Wegmans Food Markets, St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, Roche Diagnostics, among others.

Prior to that Laurie was a healthcare human resources executive in an organization that successfully built a high-performing culture earning recognition as a Best Place to Work in Healthcare.

Laurie holds a B.S. in Business Administration from Husson University, where she graduated Summa Cum Laude and a M.S. in Organizational Development from Case Western Reserve University.
